Ready-Pay Bursts onto the Property Scene

From online listing/s, auctioneers fees, photography & video content, plus more; Ready-Pay covers all costs associated with starting and running a successful sales campaign. Ready Media Group have worked closely with finance partner Butn to facilitate and provide competitive rates (view the repayment calculator here), as well as lightning-fast approval times in order to ensure the process is as straightforward as possible. Commenting on the partnership with Ready Media Group, Butn founder Rael Ross said, “Butn is excited to partner with such a dynamic and forward-thinking company like Ready Media. With Ready-Pay available Australia-wide, vendors can now choose the best marketing package available to achieve the best possible sale price for their property. This partnership further cements Butn’s position as a key player in the real estate funding space, especially off the back of COVID-19 as property auctions and sales begin to pick up again.”

In a world full of financial uncertainty resulting from the global pandemic, the ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ (BNPL) platforms have gained significant momentum throughout the last 18 months which has seen the likes of AfterPay, ZIP and BeforePay skyrocketing in popularity. Whilst these business models are conventionally geared toward B2C transactions, a gap in the market has been exposed in the B2B, BNPL space. Ready Media Group, a full-service property marketing agency, has identified this opportunity within the property landscape and has sought to provide a BNPL vendor paid advertising (VPA) solution to it’s agency clients through the launch of Ready-Pay. In partnering with emerging B2B finance firm Butn, Ready Media Group’s ‘Buy Now, Pay at Settlement’ product launched to market last month, piquing the interest of many agents & vendors across Australia. “The product aims to help Real Estate Agents obtain sufficient VPA on every campaign by eliminating prohibitive up-front costs for vendors, giving agents better scope to run larger and more impactful sales campaigns.” Ready Media Group’s Founder Nick Materia stated. Mr Materia also added that “With Ready-Pay, vendors don’t pay a cent for campaign marketing until the property reaches settlement.”
