What are some of the most significant or rewarding projects that you’ve been involved in and why? Ascent, 520-530 Gardeners Road, Alexandria and Portal, 42-52 Raymond Avenue, Matraville as they are the first of the multi-level big box industrial estates being marketed and scheduled for construction in Sydney. It is both exciting and rewarding to be working on such significant projects that are changing the industrial property market in Australia.
What advice would you give property developers today? Think long term, be smart in how you structure your leases, and most importantly, choose the right real estate advisor to partner with.
