Council is driving a large-scale renewal of the Salisbury City Centre to support the future growth of the community and reinforce Salisbury as an a ractive place to live, work, play and invest. The combined development opportunity comprises four strategic and large-scale city centre land holdings totalling circa 20,000sqm*, providing an unrivalled opportunity to play a major role in reshaping the Salisbury City Centre.
