What was one of the best campaigns you have been involved in and why ? One of the best campaigns I have been involved in was the sale of 51-53 Progress Street, Dandenong South. The campaign was a real testament to the expertise and dedication of the Facey Property team. Our vendor entrusted us with the dispersal of this asset, and we delivered an exceptional result that we are proud of. The campaign for 51-53 Progress Street, Dandenong, was a well-rounded approach that utlislised a variety of marketing channels, including digital, social and traditional marketing. Additionally, we leveraged our extensive local and interstate networks and databases to target specific audiences and generate interest in the property. The result was a resounding success, with extensive interest in the property and a high turnout of attendees and participants at the auction. The property sold well above reserve, which was a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team. It was an exceptional result that we are proud of and will always remember as one of our best campaigns.

What advice would you give anyone looking to purchase an Industrial asset in 2023? If you’re looking to purchase an industrial asset in 2023, my advice would be to act quickly and strategically. The current market is characterized by a limited supply of stock, which has led to elevated land values and a rise in fringe/secondary areas for the first time in many years.
