What are some of the most significant or rewarding projects that the team have been involved in and why? Rose Group and its development landmark development in Dee Why located on Fisher Road has been an extremely enjoyable process. We initially sold the site to the Rose Group and have integrated with them through the design process providing crucial feedback. We are now successfully marketing the off-the-plan apartments and penthouses and it has been a true pleasure to work with Bryan Rose and team to deliver a legacy project to contribute to changing face of Dee Why. The other project we are blessed to be partnered with is HCAP Group and their groundbreaking Bathers Collaroy development. We provided to full service offering that included apartment sizing, layouts, finishes & fixtures and referred across consultants to bring together a collaboration between an award-winning local architect Sean Gartner from Gartner Trovato and the team at Coco Republic as

well as all other relevant consultants to bring to market a development producing some of the highest standards in luxury we’ve seen. What advice do you have for any prospective developers in the current climate? Be sure to take onboard the market feedback from your project marketing specialists to ensure that the stock you are building is in line with the modern consumers expectations. There is a definite flight to quality, security and bankability of a feasible project. We need to ensure there is minimal to no perceived risk for the client given the current uncertainty in the construction industry. How have your marketing strategies changed, if at all, over the past 12 months? Here at Upstate Projects our marketing tactics continue to evolve monthly as we see algorithms change. More and more our focus shifts toward digital marketing and we are seeing the source of enquiry progress from portals as our strongest enquiry generator to now be our database and internally run social campaigns. Our marketing strategies and digital first approach focus strongly on data driven insights and analytics to constantly improve our reach.
