QUEENSLAND RESIDENTIAL MARKET

TPDR: And the transition from yacht brokerage into sales, what skills have you been able to transfer over into your real estate career. I was able to transfer many of the skills I had developed over the years. In terms of sales, the key to achieving great results for your clients is having great marketing skills in order to reach and attract the largest pool of buyers and create competition amongst buyers to achieve the highest price for the seller. One of my strengths is my ability to nurture clients throughout the buying and selling process, which has been invaluable in both yacht brokerage and real estate. I feel very comfortable in a client facing environment and I have developed many strong connections with affluent individuals, and they have responded positively to my transition to real estate, as they know I provide the care and expertise needed to achieve the best results. Overall, I feel confident that my skills and experience have positioned me well for success in the real estate industry. Being exposed to property development, architecture and interior design from a young age, shaped my love for the industry and I feel grateful for the upbringing that has helped me chose a career in real estate
